Structural characteristics

Main beam section

1. The main beam adopts a square box shaped Ankang H-shaped steel structure design, similar to the traditional simple type of crane, with a heavier self weight;

2. All main welds undergo non-destructive testing;

3. The steel plate material is domestically common steel (Q235B);

4. The vertical curvature is in accordance with Chinese national standards;

5. Like traditional Chinese cranes, all steel plates undergo shot blasting pretreatment to achieve Sa2.5 level standardization;

6. Carefully inspect and clean the steel plate before welding, usually using an automatic welding machine (MIG or semi-automatic welding) for welding;

End beam section

1. The end beam is formed by welding rectangular steel pipes or steel plates, and the formed end beam is positioned and processed once by a CNC machine to achieve the allowable deviation range, ensuring national dimensional accuracy and fit tolerance;

2. Each end beam is equipped with wheels with double rims, buffers, and anti derailment protection devices;
